Q: Why is Satechat faster to access using a VPN in China?
A: The two webmasters of Satechat are always looking for better server solutions to improve the user experience. Domestic domain name filing service is cumbersome and the server price is high due to the special characteristics of ISP operators in China. This makes us unable to rent servers and CDN-related services in mainland China. At this stage, the server is located in Hong Kong's Aliyun cloud server, which is the fastest solution to ensure normal access to the site under the premise of speed.
Some VPN providers may have higher quality lines (again, depending on your local carrier's network), which may provide a certain degree of acceleration. All of our site's add-ons work in mainland China, so you don't need to worry about this!
Q: Why is Satechat unstable sometimes
A: Since the launch of our website, we have been subjected to many large-scale DDos and other network attacks, which may cause some of our services to be temporarily unavailable if the attack traffic is too large. We try to use Cloudflare's firewall service to defend against this kind of attack traffic,but most of Cloudflare's CDN nodes are not located in mainland China, which may lead to slow access to the website.Sometimes GFW blocking may also cause some services to go offline temporarily. 可以的，您可以点击在”发表文章“页面中区块编辑器的加号，新增媒体文件。文件类型包括但不限于视频，音频和图片。音频建议格式为MP3格式。虽然其他格式也支持，但目前由于ios系统的限制，实测其他格式的音频文件可能无法正常播放。
