Satechat terms of use update

Dear users:

The Satechat User Agreement will be updated effective August 1, 2023 with the following updates

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Filing of Mobile Internet Applications" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), the organization carries out the filing of mobile Internet applications (hereinafter referred to as the App), and requires that the organizers of the App engaged in Internet information services within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China Against Anti-Telecommunication Network Fraud," the "Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services," and other provisions of the record, and if it fails to comply with the filing procedure, it shall not be engaged in the App Internet information services.

Satechat will not file operations for the site (satechat.club) and the chat room (chat.sate.chat), as well as the chat room app Rocketchat (package name chat.rocket.android). As a result, Satechat is no longer committed to complying with the laws of the People's Republic of China as of the effective date of this User Agreement.

Satechat has never stored any data in mainland China, so we will continue to strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the IDC service provider's location. We also ask our users to comply with the laws and regulations of their own location, and Satechat will not assume any responsibility arising from the laws and regulations of the user's location.

If you do not agree to the above updates to the User Agreement, you may at any time send a request for "account deletion" to: [email protected]，We will delete all your user data without reservation.

If you choose to continue to use it, you will be deemed to have agreed to the content in this User Agreement update.
